Our Enhanced Transition Program is delivered by Glenwood High School's Well Being Team and junior student leaders. It aims to prepare Year 6 students for the tranistion into high school. It provides opportunities for them to learn more about the school layout, organisation skills and supports that are available to assist students throughout high school.
