Glenwood High School welcomes both international and exchange students from various countries. Our international student cohort remains stable at approximately 10 students, covering Years 7 - 12.
International students help to enrich the cultural mix within our local, comprehensive, and co-educational public school.
Our international students choose Glenwood High School for the following reasons:
- Our teachers are committed and determined to provide all students with a good learning environment, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Glenwood High School embraces the opportunity for international students and local students to exchange cultural experiences.
- Glenwood High School international students are supported by an International Student Liaison Officer and an international student co-ordinator
- We have a dedicated English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EAL/D) teacher who provides individual support to each international student.
- The International Student Liaison Officer monitors the welfare, attendance and academic performance of all international students.
