Glenwood is a large school, and at times it can feel complex to navigate. Your child works with many staff members, and it is not always clear who the best person is to contact when you would like to discuss something directly. We value working in partnership with families and clear communication supports this.

If you are unsure who to speak with, please:

· Briefly outline the matter to the school office.

· Our office staff will assist by directing your enquiry to the appropriate person.

When leaving a message for a member of staff, we ask for your patience while waiting for a return call. Teachers aim to respond within two school days. On occasion, this may take a little longer due to teaching commitments, excursions, or professional learning.
